Scar tissue which impedes fluid motion and causes pain will be treated and softened up through specific massage.
Assessment of the axial skeleton which comprises the skull, vertebrae, sternum and ribs as well as the appendicular skeleton which is made up of the fore and hind limb bones. Forelimbs and hind legs will be massaged to increase blood circulation to the hoof or help lymphatic drainage.
Stretches will be incorporated in every treatment. They reduce tension, improve range of motion and are very important for the overall flexibility and performance of the horse.
